PLAY METHOD:

• Selfplay – personal participation is required if you choose this option. During the service that we provide, you will need to personally participate with our best groups.
• Pilot – account share is required if you choose this option. We will need your login and password. Our boosters have specific security software that will protect your account. In this case your participation is not required, but by choosing the “Stream” option you can track your order progress.

BOOST RUN OPTIONS:

• 3/11 Bosses – you will get 3 bosses killed in Normal difficulty.
• 6/11 Bosses – you will get 6 bosses killed in Normal difficulty.
• 8/11 Bosses – you will get 8 bosses killed in Normal difficulty.
• 10/11 Bosses – you will get 10 bosses killed in Normal difficulty.
• 11/11 Bosses – you will receive a full raid clear and 11 different boss kills in Normal difficulty.

LOOT OPTIONS: 

• Personal loot – you will only get the gear dropped to your character and we will not trade any items to you. 
• Loot Trader – you will get a guaranteed amount of items depending on how many loot traders you purchased.

HOW DOES SEPULCHER OF THE FIRST ONES NORMAL BOOST WORK?

• Depending on desired boost method you will personally participate in every fight with the Honest-Boost team or your character will be driven by a professional booster.

CAN I CHOOSE A PREFERABLE TIME FOR MY RAID BOOST?

• Yes we will do our best but keep in mind that our boosters have set up times as well for their raids or group runs to work. For more information contact our customer support.

DO I NEED TO HAVE RAID EXPERIENCE OR KNOW MECHANICS?

• Surely not. Honest-Boost team will do the whole job also the raid leader will explain to you encounter mechanics if necessary.

WILL I GET ALL THE LOOT DROPPED DURING THE RAID CARRY?

• By default you only receive Personal Loot which means that you will only get the gear dropped to your character and we will not trade any items to you. However for some raids we have an option to assign additional traders to you for some extra charge. These additional traders are players matching your armor type that will trade you all the gear they receive during the raid. You will know the nicknames of your traders so you will be able to easily track all your loot. 

WHAT HAPPENS RIGHT AFTER PURCHASE?

• Customer Support will process your order within 5 minutes. Then we will contact you to schedule your boost service using the means of communication that you provide us on the checkout page.

IS THIS A SELF-PLAY OR PILOT SERVICE?

• There are two ways how your boost will be completed: Self-Play and Pilot. If you want to personally participate in the boost provided by us pick Self-Play or choose Pilot your character will be derived by a professional booster.

DO I SHARE MY ACCOUNT INFO?

• Purchasing the service with the Pilot boost method your character will be piloted by our professional booster. We don’t need to know the answer to your secret question or any other information.

IS ACCOUNT SHARING A SAFE BOOST METHOD?

• Account share is restricted by terms and conditions. We provide account sharing boost services at your own risk. Don’t trust anyone who tells you that it’s safe. If you want to buy a pilot boost method, then our booster will do all security measures: Private VPN, Mac Address change to the same as yours. 

• Each raid has a “Personal Loot” method;
• Loot drop chance doesn’t depend on the number of players with the same armor type as yours;
• Contact customer support to confirm the number of available loot traders;
• We can not guarantee a minimum number of items if you chose the personal loot method;
• A minimum number of items that we can guarantee by choosing the additional option “Loot traders” you can check below:
  • Personal loot: any amount of items that you manage to get from bosses 
  • x1 Loot Trader: 2 or more slots;
  • x2 Loot Trader’s: 3 or more slots;
  • x3 Loot Trader’s: 4 or more slots;
  • x4 Loot Trader’s: 5 or more slots;
  • x5 Loot Trader’s: 6 or more slots;
  • x6 Loot Trader’s: 7 or more slots;
  • x7 Loot Trader’s: 8 or more slots. 

• If you got 2 items in the same slots it means as a 1 guaranteed item;
• If you receive an item that does not upgrade you, also it counts in minimum guaranteed items;
• If you have not received the minimum guaranteed number of items in the first raid, your character will be taken to another raid next week until you get the minimum number of guaranteed items;
• “Loot traders” option guarantee loot traders with the same armor type as yours, not the same class (Types of armor – plate, mail, leather, cloth)
• When buying this service, the client automatically agrees that other clients in the run will not trade the items to you;
